The Site provides general information about our store and repair services in Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut. Information on the Site — including opening hours, service types, stock availability, estimated repair times, and service descriptions — is general information only, does not constitute a binding offer, and may change from time to time without prior notice. The binding terms for any repair or purchase — including price, turnaround time, and warranty terms — are those provided to you in-store at the time of service.
3. Professional content and guides
Content on the Guide page and elsewhere on the Site is general information only and does not constitute a diagnosis, professional advice, or a commitment to any outcome for a specific device. A binding assessment is made only through a physical inspection of the device at our lab. Do not rely on Site content as a substitute for a professional inspection.
4. Repair warranty
The binding warranty terms for any repair are those provided at the time of service in-store. Any general description of warranty periods on the Site is for convenience only and does not extend or modify the warranty terms actually provided. Nothing in these Terms derogates from consumer rights under applicable law, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Site — including the FixSmarts brand name, logo, texts, images, and design — belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, reproduce, distribute, or make commercial use of Site content without prior written consent, except for reasonable personal use.

The Site includes links to external services (such as WhatsApp, Waze, Wolt, Instagram, and Google). These services are operated by third parties under their sole responsibility, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but errors, inaccuracies, or technical faults may occur.
