We attach great importance to providing equal and accessible service to all customers, including people with disabilities, and act in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and its regulations.
Website accessibility
The site was designed and built in accordance with the Israeli Standard IS 5568 and WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines, including: full keyboard navigation, a "skip to content" link, screen-reader compatibility, alternative text for images, adequate colour contrast, text-resize support, support for the reduced-motion preference, and an on-site accessibility menu (enlarge text, high contrast, stop animations). The site was tested with automated tools and manual checks.
Store accessibility
There is a low threshold at the store entrance; our staff are glad to help with entry if needed. Accessible parking is available nearby, and the store has an accessible restroom.
