We respect your privacy and believe in full transparency. This document explains, in plain language, what information is collected on this website and what is done with it, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment 13).
What information is collected?
The site contains no forms and does not collect identifying details such as name, phone number or email address. To improve the site we use a statistical analytics tool called PostHog, hosted on EU servers (eu.i.posthog.com), in cookieless mode: measurement is anonymous and held in memory only (persistence: memory) — it stores no cookies, localStorage or identifiers on your device, does not track you across visits, and session recording is disabled. The data collected is aggregate only — page views, clicks on contact buttons, coarse labels for the display language (locale) and on-page section, plus device type and a general geographic region. Your IP address is sent to PostHog in the EU and processed there transiently only to derive a general geographic region (city or area); subject to PostHog's project setting "Discard client IP data" being enabled, the raw IP address is not retained. Cookies
The site itself stores no cookies. The map on the page is a static image hosted by us — it loads no external components and stores no cookies. Tapping it opens Google Maps, where Google's privacy policy applies.
Third-party services
The site contains no forms; contact happens by phone or WhatsApp. Clicking the WhatsApp, call or Waze buttons takes you to the apps of Meta (WhatsApp), your telephony provider and Waze/Google respectively. WhatsApp chats and conversations are governed by WhatsApp/Meta's own terms and privacy policy and are outside our control. PostHog acts as an anonymous data-processing provider as described above.
Data retention
Anonymous statistical data is retained only for the period needed to analyse site activity. The site does not create a database of identified individuals.
Your rights
The data controller for this policy is FixSmarts (פיקס סמארט). By law you have the right to review, correct and delete personal information.
